My monitor cannot be set in place, what should I do?
The reason why the monitor can't be set has to do with "loading weight", just use the included hex key to turn the tension control located on the arm. Make small adjustments until you find the correct position to keep your monitor balanced!
PS. Eastern Global Dragonfly series adopts "weight indicator" design, which is convenient for users to adjust the balance between the monitor and the monitor arm. (You can refer to FAQ "What monitor weight can your monitor arm hold?")
